  Horrible service, very slow. One time my Sandwich and french fries were cold. They dont clean tables and floor often. You see employees doing nothing behind the counter but nobody takes the initiative to clean the place.
  
  If the computer is down they are unable to calculate the price of a sandwich. Lol.  They sent a bunch of people away because computers are down, even though I had cash , exact change , and did not want a receipt. Manager is a joke. 3 people came to talk to me, nobody can think outside the box.... Dumb people. Headquarters should look into what is going on here.

  I would give no stars if I could. This restaurant is absolutely terrible They discriminate against their customers. The play area is unsafe for children there is no locks on the gates Where children are not supposed to enter. for their play area there are no safety covers over plug sockets The restaurant is very dirty I would definitely suggest for the health department or the Better Business Bureau to have a look at this location They definitely need to be shut down.

  Refurbished place (nice), but slower service than ever!

  It's my understanding that this location exploits its employees and has horrible turn around for it. The general manager had been known to be vindictive and is poor at training, time management, and employee handling. A good friend of mine that works paycheck to paycheck had his hours reduced after he couldn't come in to work during a holiday where he was not scheduled to work. His last paycheck has been withheld for three weeks due to an "unknown delay". If he didn't have my help, he'd be in trouble. This should not be allowed to stand and I've tweeted about this and will encourage him to wither contact the corporate offices or franchisee owner. If a local affiliate sees this, I encourage an investigation into the exploitation of its employees, perhaps making it a part of a larger investigation.

  Absolutely the worst whopper and fries I have ever had. Both were served cold and the buns were stale. Now I know why they looked like they were closed during lunch time. Do not waste your money here.
